Enjoyed your video. Have placed an order for this bike rack and am going through the instructions from the Mfr, and noticed that in step 1, at 1:44 you show a washer (part "K") being place on the outside of the pivot piece (instructions call this "A"). However, the way I read the instructions I believe both the two "K" washers should be placed inside the pivot piece...then the piece labled "B" goes into "A" and is fastened with the bolt/nuts. The instructions say "Two pieces of K are loaded into the of A in advance. (The two cylinders of K are inserted into the two small holes). Insert B into the interior of A and then connect in order with I-J-H fasteners" note: brackets > added by me. not as bad as IKEA instructions, but still a bit hard to read. What do you think?
How do you remove the bike rack from the receiver hitch? The two tabs you push in before sliding it into the receiver feel like they are preventing it from sliding back out.
