Condominium projects become insolvent when too many of the units are acquired by deadbeats that don't pay their HOA dues. This said, never purchase a condo unit in a project with too many of the wrong type of owners.
Dennis Deshay looks like he could lose a few. Only in America could this sort of situation. So many homeless people in a building that is structurally sound is just sitting there rotting away.
Honestly if they would have done this years ago maybe. But the windows and things being gone leads to a ridiculous amount of weathering on the interior that was never intended to be there. So honestly who knows what parts of it are even safe and useable 😭
