Yes, who would have thought that I had to turn the printer on it's SIDE to open the back??! But, it did FINALLY clear the jam....but THEN when I turned it back on it took ALL of the paper (about 12 sheets) at once & tried to feed it in! Now they are all stuck! This is a newish printer, haven't even change the ink yet!
Hi, occassionally paper gets jammed and i got it fixed. But now my paper will not even get suck in or fed in. The roller on the inside doesn't seem to be grabbing the paper well. How do i fix this?
Hi! Please try running through a few roller cleanings (without paper loaded) by holding down the STOP button until the Alarm lamp flashes orange seven times, then release it immediately. After two cleanings, please load Letter-sized paper into the printer and run through the process again. If the paper does not go through at this point, please reach out to our friendly support team by email or phone at: Canon.us/SupportYT and they'll be happy to look into this further!

The left side if the printer if you are facing the back of the printer (the Canon logo is facing away from you). If paper is stuck past the rollers, you may be able to get to it by pulling it out from the front of the unit or by opening up the front cover like you would do to change the ink. What's the right side? It looks to me like he stands it on its left side.
