    I just bought a 2024 Tracker Classic XL. The cost of the fish I catch and eat fishing from this boat went from $750.00 per lb to around $300.00 per lb. This was the 15th fishing boat I have bought.

    Really like ur take man on the tracker, I feel the same way, 'dam man i got my own boat', every time i look at my 2019 tracker pro 160, got it pristine with 12hrs on the merc40 for under 11k. Put almost 50hrs on the motor the first summer, fell in love with the simplicity, compact 'ness', ease of towing long distances, fuel consumption, etc. Ive island camped with the woman and a 70lb lab no prob, just pack efficiently. Not to mention i can get in the backwaters of WI better than most. Also had it on Superior and it did just fine in the big water, just have to know how to drive a boat, lol, like u said. Thanks man! I should add that I've had 0 issues with the boat and love the versatrack, yakattack and railblaza stuff works great in that track.

    My 2020 bass tracker classic xl is a dream come true. Paid cash for it $13,505 out the door in May 2020 and I don't regret the decision. I have 157.3 hrs on it and it's still worth the money spent.

    I had my first tracker in 1994 just sold it. I now have a used 2021. I just love it that 50 hr 4 stroke is a major up grade for me vs the 25 hr 2 stroke this thing flys I’m very happy with it but you’re right not a lot of room but it’s just a very reliable boat

    I agree with you. I looked at those Bass Trackers , they are pretty nice. The pros have those Nitro boats with 27 rods laying on the deck. You don't know that.
    I carry 4 rods, 6 tackle cases, anchor, net, and about to install a Garmin. It's a $400 Tamarack pro 10' kayak, that's a poor man's bass boat!

    • @BredForBass
      @BredForBass  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Honestly a nitro is considered the poor man’s fiberglass boat 😂 I carry 9 rods but could probably get away with 5.

      @@BredForBass cool cool cool, my problem is why do I always hook the biggest fish on my smallest pole on my boat 😂 Hooked a 2ft+ hybrid on my micro set up I usually use for Perch. It nailed a 3" powerbait pogy swinbait

    I bought my classic a bit after you did. I looked at the ranger tin boat and the crestliner and honestly, the classic was a significantly better value. I've added a deck extension, extra battery for trolling motor, bimini top, ladder, some steps on the trailer and made it more handicap accessible for my mom and have an awesome fishing/putzing around the lake boat. It's been an amazing boat and holy crap, does it load and unload easy! I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

    Only thing I’m worried about is the trailer. I understand it has the tracker “galvashield” but I do fish brackish water here in south louisiana and it can’t helped it’s just how it goes. I plan to do a fresh water hose down after use but just not sure.

    • @BredForBass
      @BredForBass  ปีที่แล้ว

      I got a little rust on mine already by the winch it’s definitely not the greatest trailer by any means but other then that little rust spot it’s held up great so far and I fish alot.I also don’t fish any water with salt mixed in so there’s that as well

    I have the same model. I never would have went to a bass boat from a deep v, but the bigger deep section open sold me. I fish on big water often, I dont like the full casting decks where you are always on top, no where to walk inside the boat. My dad is in his 70's now and he likes to sit facing back on the front seat with his legs in the lower section.

    • @BredForBass
      @BredForBass  ปีที่แล้ว

      I can understand that as well I extended my deck for the extra storage more then anything.It would be nice to have that extra floor space sometimes I definitely agree.

    Great video and review, very informative. How is this boat for stability in situations like getting on and off the boat from the courtesy dock? I'm 6'3", 250 lbs and don't want to have issues about boat wobble getting into or out of boat.

    • @BredForBass
      @BredForBass  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The boat wobbles for sure it’s not so bad you feel like the boat is going to tip but I’m 330lbs and fish out of it comfortably.Could it be better? Yes but for the price it’s good enough for me

    • @barrywalsh9417
      @barrywalsh9417 ปีที่แล้ว

      Agree, every boat wobbles a little. I'm going back to a boat (from a Yamaha waverunner) and this boat seems to be a good size for what I want (can keep in the garage with my motorcycle and yet still get out on the lake for fishing). Thanks for the quick feedback, I need to check out some of your other videos.

    This is very helpful, thanks for making this video! I was looking at this boat or the 175. I don't know if I could get the 175 new, but I could get a used one with whatever used boat problems that comes with. I can afford the Classic brand new. I keep bouncing back between them. I have a wife and a kid and a dog. Would they all fit in the Classic? I've sat in them at Bass Pro and it seems like they would, at least in my head. I can't make up my mind. We'd be using it in smaller Texas lakes, nothing crazy big.
