1/2 stick Cold Butter
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Muffin Tops Recipe:
1 cup Butter
3/4 cup White Sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Bake for 20 min depending how soft or crispy you like your muffin tops @ 350 F
optional: Drizzle:
2 tbsp milk
Powdered Sugar ( Add to your personal preference for a thin/thick glaze)
