I've been enjoying your Wayv journey so much! I totally agree they have very distinctive voices a very balanced vocal and rap line. Also wanna add I really like the volume of your voice/songs; your voice is a bit louder than the music and that makes it very easy to inderstand without cutting the song.
honestly, this album it's just top tier, the best one for me. a couple of things to answer your last thoughts: yes, they do play instruments (kun plays the piano and the guitar, ten and xiaojun the guitar and yangyang the violin, not sure about the other members tho) and yes, I understand this is different of the other songs you've heard of them bc they usually have this hype sexy hard songs as the title songs, but they always have ballade and more chill songs in the b-sides of their albums
fun fact that’s not so fun tbh but xiaojun recorded his diamonds only vocal parts while sick with covid and having no voice. That’s insane to me because how does he sound so good still what a legend
oh, an extra and random thing that I want to comment here: after you react to the wayv guide and maybe between other reactions to other albums (if you want ofc), maybe and just maybe you could react to some of their crack content(?) there's a lot of funny videos on yt about them and they also have their own content. they're really funny (they are not called the most chaotic nct unit for nothing). not related but I'm saying this bc every time you switched to another song in the reaction I saw your recommended videos with the "hello82" with wayv that is new and so cute and funny and I couldn't resist it, sorry
