Australian Universities prefer students to apply via agencies thus its difficult for students to apply all on their own. But you can try to apply alone but there is a chance that your uni might tell you to apply through an agency.
Depends on which uni you are going to, most unis only want you to pay for 1 semester(6months) before coming here, but some unis do expect students to pay for 1 whole year before coming here.
You mentioned that we should show a bank statement with 40-50 lakh taka, but my annual tuition fees are 30,000 AUD, which exceeds 3 crore taka. I'm confused about the conversion.
How does 30,000AUD exceed 3crore taka? 30,000 x 78 = 23 lakh 40 thousand taka. So your 1 year tuition fee is around 23 lakh 40 thousand. And if your degree is 4 years so 23lakh 40 thousaid multiplied by 4. 2340000 x 4 = 93lakh 60 thousand. So your total tuition fee should be around 1 croee not 3 crore. And I said that you have to show 40-50lakhs in your bank to get the visa. So in order to get visa, you have to show in your bank account 1year of tuition fees and 1 year living expense. The 1year living expense is around $24000 AUD. So in your case tuition fee plus living cost would be, 30,000AUD + $24000 AUD= 54000AUD which is around 40lakh Bangladeshi taka.

Well Australian Unis are usually pretty fast at giving offer letters. I would suggest you to apply for some more similar universities just in case.
