One thing I find interesting is captain teams might be in opposition to Dons ops. Things like Speedy morning crew, Loots italians, or Gigi/Harry farming/shine/franks op could be split apart with captains trying to get piece of the pie.
Thats what they want, they don't want things getting too cliquey. They even discussed swapping captains to different crews to change things up down the line.
@PrivateSy4z Geega mentioned she thought that while this will lead to a lot of inefficiencies internally, it should lead to a lot of good conflict and RP.
One thing I am really curious about is how this will work when creating new ops. Like when next moonshine, meth, or fent comes out, how will Dons organize R&D and establish the op when individuals are discouraged to work cooperatively.
Also speaking of R&D, I wonder if captains will end up discourage activities that don't bring in money like money runs because of the quota and the cut they take.

Clark on the other hand probably shouldn’t get any night crew ppl bc he isn’t around as much late night when everyone else like Beau, Queenie and others are around.
