Great video. I've been using the Bob hallelujah stretch which is modified warrior pose and I get great feed back from my patients. The nice thing about the Bod hallelujah stretch is that you can do Cervical extension, Thoracic extension and B shld flexion stretch a great compound stretch. It's a great stretch to do in a office chair and I do it every day unconsciously. I would like to say thank you to Bob for sharing his technique.
I just love you two! You have helped me with leg pains sciatica. Can it hurt your hip and knees too sometimes? When I walk it hurts but then I did you exercises tonite and it got a much better! Thank you again! Oh I haven’t had to do your exercises in 7 years nice!

Thinking outside the box - as I am currently ‘ball-less’ 🙃 I have a similarly sized & shaped plastic bowl that, open-side-to-chair, holds itself in position very nicely for the stretches 😀👍
That probably comes from the strap on the neck making pressure in the head. Try to fix neck and forward head posture. Open up the rib cage to stand tall. Try not to tighten muscles in the neck, shoulders, head, and jaw. Use core muscles. There are Exercises to activate core muscles and flutes and thighs. Try sleeping on your back and taking breaks laying on your back. Better if you can use almost a totally flat pillow so your head doesn’t push up. It is a process but eventually the muscles will relax as the right muscle groups kick in instead of tense neck and shoulders. I like a small stress ball to get out knots bc it’s very soft and won’t cause a flare up. Keep pushing forward. ✝️🙏

My daughter who is 34 has been going to a physio therapist and doing isometric to strengthen muscles. However she recently had an mri because of rib area pain. She is diagnosed with slipping rib syndrome...going in for surgery this month to have them sewn together. I sure hope the docs know what they're doing.
