MASS - Modular Armor Supplement System - can be used to include additional protection in the shoulders, chest, biceps, throat/collar, and groin areas. The assembly/disassembly process is actually quite simple and allows the user to add and remove protective armor not only as needed, but also quickly.
The MASS gear is compatible with a number of First Spear plate carriers and vests, and allows for customization when adding additional armor as needed by the user. The First Spear MASS gear is a great recommendation for Military/LE operators that require high levels of threat protection and/or the necessity to change that protection on a regular basis.
This video is a step by step instruction of the general assembly process. Adjustments should be made to fit the actual user. All MASS gear shown is sample gear and may differ from current production units available from First Spear.

You need to look at FirstSpear's video. This was an early variant, so they fixed the proportions in 2015.
