I think his fundamental skating skills were probably the strongest here, so “skating skills” scores in the 6 range are a bit on the low side. Overall, though, while his presentation is strong and all the fundamentals are good, this program is pretty empty right now-without too many intricate in-betweens. I am sure, as the season progresses, they will fill in the blanks and he will be earning higher PCS!

Not many transitions, telegraphed jumps, not very expressive, but nice edges and speed. I think the components were pretty accurate.
