I liked the creamy version (certainly more than the original, which does NOT work on my 40-year-old skin), but I already prefer the radiant version. I don’t mind having less coverage because so far, it has not gone cakey on me like the creamy version often did. At my age, full coverage isn’t much of an option, and I need that glowing finish! I do set it with the e.l.f. HD setting powder so I get okay wear time without much creasing or settling into my lines.
I also have the same issues with the shape tape container. It's bad enough that I'm considering finding a new staple concealer because it's such a hassle and it gets everywhere unless I put it in a plastic bag or store it carefully
@DanielleNicoleMakeup right?? I thought it must just be me getting defective bottles or something because a concealer this popular for so long can't be in such a terrible container. Here's hoping they're working on fixing it
The same with Makeup Forever HD self setting (discontinued now) - I don’t do anything weird and it’s ALL OVER everything in my makeup bag. Every time! And L’Oréal serum foundation? Love the formula (more than Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation that used to be my holy grail I’d pay anything for it because it was perfect, but they had to reformulate that too - it’s just Intensive serum (took the word skin out) and now it’s heavy and doesn’t blend in like before - but my point is I have to mix Bobbi Brown with something and I use the L’Oréal, but the dropper is useless, clogged, and I can’t get the product out easily (could be drying out too). If you read the reviews on BB website you can see where every person who used it pre reformulation HATES the new one and yet BB doesn’t do anything. I think every single item I’ve ever found that I can’t live without has changed or is discontinued.

I thought it was too drying years ago and thought something was wrong with me (I’m 53 now and don’t have very many wrinkles under my eyes - but dry concealer ages me 30 years!)
I love and use both the older shape tapes and love them! They do gunky but I just try to wipe the wand and applicator off as much as possible. Very interested in this!!
To use up my original shape tape, I mix it with the tarte glow wand. I love the two mixed together. I just smudge a bit of both under my eye and blend out. I like the effect better than the ultra creamy. But I like the ultra creamy too. I wonder what the radiant mixed with the original would look like. I don't think the radiant on its own would give me the coverage I like.

Like the Ultra Creamy side on you. I love Physicians Formula and Nyx can't stop won't stop concealer. I have quite a few in my collection and I have dry skin.❤
Compared to the creamy one even the radiant feels dry. Ugh. Was hoping it was more like Charlotte Tilbury radiant one. I use Tarte Creaseless mixed with glow wand, for reference.

I think the radiant has less coverage and more glow than the creamy. I think they both look good and which one you use will depend on your desired look for the day.
I actually love both of these concealers. I have oily dehydrated skin and like both for different occasions. Just hate that darn applicator spitting out product! Super annoying and wasteful ❤

I just commented the same thing. The only thing that helps is pushing the doe foot in super slow. You'd think they'd fix it by now

I love the radiant! They both look good, and I can see the appeals of each one. I prefer the lower coverage and the glow for myself.

I love the glow wand! I mix it with Tarte Creaseless, I’m that dry underneath my eyes, despite layers of eye cream! It makes everything better.

The original shape tape has been my holy grail since it came out but I have oily skin. I don’t think the radiant has enough coverage for me
