ok why in the video draw deck and then put its in memory ?
It's the card called Gloamspire. It's one of the first cards he plays, which makes players draw into memory if their influence is less than 7

Why with gloamspire fishing 1 card of deck instead that memory ?
the gloamspire draws one card into memory for each player that has an influence of 7 or less.
