The vacant land around the house is owned by the US government, zoned single family. Appreciate you engaging with us. That area is extremely quiet and easy access to the great outdoors.
1.2 Million is a bit much for a 2000 home that is only 4 bedrooms specially for Vegas … no offense but I would rather do a new built for that much with no desert critters and snakes . Good luck though
