My theories from watching different ships channel & came to the conclusion that jungkook has been living with jimin since 2018, i am not saying they are a gay couple & i am not a shipper, i only stated facts based on what i have seen so far, evidence : in 2017 jungkook's graduation year, that day in the car were 3 members namely taehyung, jimin & jungkook, taehyung asked jungkook to say what he wants for his graduation gift, jimin will buy for him, jimin too said he will definitely buy it, so jungkook playfully says let's make it simple, an apartment, jimin playfully punched jk's arm, it is said jimin is the 1st to buy an apartment, i believe he invited jk to come stay with him (of course not permanently) & jk is said to have purchased an apartment but never live in & sold it away immediately, the year 2018 some of the members are still staying in their dorm & once the other members said to jimin, long time no see, clearly he has already moved out, but then jungkook has bought another apartment & has been living on his own ever since.
