its probably been 10 yrs or more ago but its in a different network from where he is now (both in the philippines).. The "tracking" dance crew is different cuz that one was when he is still in uk maybe, while this video is from another network in the philippines GMA7.. he is now in ABSCBN2

I noticed it said GMA on the vid, so this was prior to his moving to ABS-CBN (GMA is ABS-CBN's rival network). So I Googled and found this was in 2007.
Here's what happened: He obviously already made a name for himself abroad by then and this was the time he began coming back to the country, bringing his posse with him. He would often do guestings in GMA shows, particularly in the shows hosted by his showbiz surrogate dad, German Moreno. Billy started as part of the man's musical variety show THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT at 4, the youngest to ever to start and stay in the show for years. All others were, at least, 12. Most were teens. He was dancing a la Michael Jackson and singing as early as that. So these MJ moves were just normal to him. He was part of the show until he left the country for the US. Anyway, he started coming back, like I said. They even made a dance talent search to find dancers to join his crew, I think. The winners performed in this concert...So fast-forward...Suddenly, he moved to ABS-CBN and the rest is history (and sometimes a mystery to some of us).
