If it came from the other competitors the charges would be merited and Devon probably would have no problems owning up to it and apologizing. I think everyone there that night loved getting to be at an even where Devon made a surprise appearance regardless of why he was there or what he planned to do. None of them cared he manipulated the bracket especially when they heard why he did it.
