I venture to say that if the complaint came from the other people in the bracket that were directly affected by Devon laying down and throwing matches to follow Ryan through his bracket, the charges would be justified. I dont know why this has to be a secret. Ryan is playing on that by insinuating he wasnt the only one who filed a complaint. If it came from the other competitors the charges would be merited and Devon probably would have no problems owning up to it and apologizing.
I think everyone there that night loved getting to be at an even where Devon made a surprise appearance regardless of why he was there or what he planned to do. None of them cared he manipulated the bracket especially when they heard why he did it.

Talking about how he interprets the rules...and how has given the lack of armwrestling 'dress code' serious thought....hehe. It is hilarious. He is from the capital country of corruption...you'd think that he would know not to take this stuff so seriously. The rules and guidelines of the Canadian AW org don't mean anything. Printing them would be a waste of paper. Let's say that the org 'banned' Devon from competing in Canada.....any Canadian promoter could just ignore their 'ruling'.... Orgs like that are essentially created or made up by people/weirdos, who then self-appointment themselves to the committee, just to make themselves feel important.
