Dal, I'm about to take my mock A level, firstly big fan, secondly I wanted to ask if evaluation is really needed in a 10 marker? My friend and myself looked at a mark scheme and found no mention of evaluation, especially considering 15 markers also have no evaluation, we thought it wouldn't make sense? Any thoughts???
Jordan 100% evaluation necessary. You must evaluate the data/extracts you are using throughout. This will help you considerably in making a final judgement
Teachers in my school told me not to evaluate on the 15 markers. But we do need to evaluate for both 10 marks and 25 marks, as the mark scheme clearly says nothing for evaluation on the 15 markers.
