You mentioned that you had never been to a fiber festival. You are in for a memorable moment. My very first one was 3 years ago in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The festival is called A Wool Gathering. I was in Heaven! Yarn and fiber overload. Everyone there was just like me! I had found my people! I almost had as much fun watching fellow yarn enthusiasts as I did browsing and shopping. Since then, I have returned each fall and even attended SAFF last fall in Asheville.

Peggy Bork Hi Peggy! I talk about where the shirt is from in the podcast, Finished Objects section I believe. It is from ThreadAndGrain.com.

hi! I'm not sure if I posted a msg yesterday when I watched your podcast but here I am Now! I always love Watching! Congratulations on reaching 2000 subscribers! I wanted to ask you about your potholders. how many stitches do you chain at the beginning? I follow the pattern but mine seems so small when I'm finised. take care and may God bless you.

Sherry Keever Hi Sherry! Thank you so much! I followed the recommended chain I believe. It would certainly be easy to adapt, just add on some chains and follow the same pattern. Super simple to customize to what you prefer! ❤❤

Congrats! And now I am so knitting up some dish cloths... Did you use the suggested needle size? Or another?

AR Chery Good question! I think for all of mine I have used the suggested. For a few of my very first ones I know I sized down 1/2 size to see how the fabric was. But they ended up being a bit too small after they had been washed because they shrink a tiny bit that first time. So I have just used the recommended size since! 🙂
