- I bought an Easter egg for Easter, the Snyder ST600-C. This 3 wheeled motorcycle pretending to be a car popped up for sale and I had to pick it up. I'd never seen a Snyder before and had been looking for a Zap so this was a good compromise, not only that, it was $1,800 running and driving. Let's take a tour of this wildly quirky motorcycle car then drive it around.

I had the Reliant Regal van, used it to tow a race bike in the 80’s. If you get a passenger he can hang out the passenger door and it then corners like a racing sidecar unit :) Great videos JR 👍

I'm Glad you got this toy from me. I wouldn't sell it to so many that wanted it as a daily driver. I had no clue on that sunglass holder... pretty neat. Enjoy!
First car I've seen on the channel where you don't need hood struts. So there's a plus.
I would say you speedometer is in kilometers an hour, as 50 kph is about 30mph.

Some guy in my neighborhood used to drive this thing, last time i saw the thing was around 4-5 years ago
I totaled the electric equivalent of this car, a 2008 Zap Xebra. The seatbelts did very well. Also the driver side door glass turned out to be very strong when the car skittered away from the much heavier car that hit me and tipped on its side and spun in circles with the driver side window as the door glass was now the point of a spinning top. The thick door window glass didn't even break, just deep round gouges were cut in it. I remember watching the asphalt spin through the glass right next to my head. My just-bought groceries were flying everywhere, a plsatic bottle of grapefruit juice hit me upside the head. And then the spinning car encountered a curb about 80 feet from the wreck, which somehow tipped it back up on the wheels.. or at least the rims that had just had the rubber mostly ripped off them. I touch the accelerator, and the car actually was still working and ready to drive away, which I didn't, because apparently that's a crime. ... The whole car build quality is like a car from the dollar store- some surprisingly good, some junk, like those door handles come off in your hand if you open the door impatiently. But I survived the wreck. Normal heavy car hits lightweight car, lightweight car just bounces away, due to physics. Fun... ? Foolishly, I bought another one, which I still have and probably ought to sell. The body is basically all bondo over plain steel and rusts enthusiastically.
Also, be careful on turns, the rear end wants to skid left or right and then catch with the car now pointed at the side of the road. Terrifying the first time it happens.
After you have your fun with it and go thru it...I would buy it in a second...perfect city car. I would even trade you my 1994 M edition miata with 80000 original miles. You deliver it and pick up the miata. Call me crazy but I want it
Regarding the coolant temperature, it won't normally boil at a 100c in a car engine, because the cooling system is under pressure.
You'll most likely see it boiling at around 110-120c instead. Normal operating temperature for a cooling system is around 90c.
This is also why you should never open the cooling system in a car when it's hot, because it might actually start boiling due to loss of pressure, and you'll get splashed with coolant ;)
Be careful turning, my friend. We have all seen and enjoyed the videos of the Reliant Robin rolling over on turns, although done on purpose. It is easy to do, though. Thanks for this entertaining video.

This is the only 3 wheeler car I know of that actually has rear doors.

The sunroof does work when you open it push the opening mechanism back to lock it
Even swapping in Harley Davidson motorcycle engines is something terrific.
This could be very useful around the family shop! Convert to a rolling toolbox!! Add a cooler and tunes!!

It’s considered a Trike. In some states (Tennessee is one) don’t require a Motorcycle License to operate. Just a regular car license. And no helmet required.
Did you ever figure out where the fuse Box is question? Mark I own one and cannot find the fuse Box. My injectors are not working hoping it's the fuse

This is a 3 wheel copy of a Daewoo Matiz. The Matiz was made by GM in South Korea and some East European countries and was sold in Europe and Asia. The chinese copies were banned after GM demonstrated in trial that you can swap body parts from the Matiz to them.

Put a turbo on it , tighten some screws and put some castor wheels on to keep it from tipping over and take Westin for a ride
Let me get this straight. It has no power, is falling apart, throws fuel out at random, doesn't steer, doesn't shift well, is slow, has bad brakes, the lights only light up the moon and the sunroof won't stay open? but I still want one.
Thats a 3 wheeler Chery qq , it's a bit impressive it was sold in américa for almost 8 grand and in a third world country a 4 wheel car it's almost the same price with power windows, a/c and airbags.
Looks like a good car for a Hayabusa engine swap 😁 and u might need to add wheel casters underneath near the front doors so it would not tip over. 😉

I remember back in 2011 or 2012 seeing one of these when I was a student at University of Toledo. It was a Wildfire and I had no idea what I was looking at until a year later. Probably spent 10 minutes walking around it and looking inside before heading to my own car.

So GM build quality! I had bought a 2005 Silverado (think numbers indicate built-in Flint). I was all proud until buddies dad - former GM loyalist now a Toyota man - looked it over and pointed out crappy welding and crappy sheet metal cuts. Micro Cars, I like the Japenese KEI class (think 660cc also motorcycle engines) Nissan Figaro or Nissan Pao

Does it have rear wheel anti-lock? My Geo isn't supposed to have ABS, but it has a rear differential speed sensor, and a RWAL box. It tripped my brake light as well... Or, the sensor under the hand brake is blown/corroded?

NHTSA classes these as an "autocycle" since they drive like a car but have fewer than 4 wheels. Most states have enacted legislation that do not require a motorcycle endorsement to drive an autocycle. Further, if the autocycle's has seatbelts, then you are also exempt from helmet laws in most states.

Regarding the brake light on, it seems like there is a sensor on the master cylinder? Could that just be a bad contact. Some master cylinder have a little plunger that moves if there is a pressure loss either on the rear or front circuit.
