It's early morning. I'm just sitting writing plans for the day. A few of these quiet pure forging videos have been playing in the background, it's great 🖤
I am learning so much from your videos, hands dow the best Blacksmiths videos on TH-cam.
Well done! I like that you kept the initial swelling of the set downs.
That is some nice clean forging ⚒️🔥⚒️👍
Good video. The best: no jingle, no backpipe.
Like watching you work, no need for talking. As always, your scroll work is perfection.

Gosh man I am so happy your back! Iv been working on my Blacksmithing and your videos are a huge help so thank you!
The set down between the snout and eye socket is savage, gives the face of the seahorse, its a seahorse in my mind, more depth, almost like cheek bone, very well done.
Yet another banger!!!! 👏🏻 Learning a lot from these, thank you!
Finally more videos they are amazing as usual keep them coming and as always great job
great to see you back its been along time and thanks for answering me back last time when i asked were are you i guess you bought a new camera in the end. Its good to have a forging blacksmith that turns out good work and knows what you are doing.Theres not many of you on youtube, thanks for your time in forging.
A pleasure to watch as always!
Glad to see you're back with more videos. Keep up the good work, love it! 🍁
Thanks for the video! Keep up the good work. 👍
Nice!! It looks so easy...or you make it look so easy
It's a very easy project, a few set downs, some tapering, fullering and scrolling. Some of the basics but get a cool project out of it at the end. Just messing about on the forge. Great warm up exercise.
Beautiful. Skills.
nice work as always.very clean forging.
Thanks mate! Love your videos and your style. I’ve just got into smithing and built my own forge. It’s kinda like an apprenticeship with you, except I don’t have to make you brews and sweep the floor! Thanks again mate :)
Awesome work!!
Thanks for the video!
Turned out good mate, very nice, lovely and symmetrical lines.
Looks really good
That is very cool.
Thanks, I have no idea what it is, but it's a great practice piece.
Cool little project! Good fundamentals practice and thinking ahead of keeping things proportional. Might do one of these at the next local hammer-in. Looking forward to whatever's up your sleeve next!
Watched your lesson over and over. Thought I'd use my limited skills and give it a try. Trouble is, didn't have any 25x6 so used 30x10 ... it's hard work for such a novice. Half way through, it's taking shape ... enjoying the challenge, thanks for the inspiration.
That looked lovely on the swaaaaarge block ! Nice work Nathan, think I will get me n the kids on that project when I get the forge assembled..... and a pair of tongs and wire brush :-)
oh what fun
Nice work..
WOW!!
Cool
Cheers Wayne!
your anvil is singing so fucking gooooooood !!!!!!
Looks a bit hungry(skinny) with no belly and his head is upturned not looking forwards. Otherwise, I like it. I draw and paint these. Perhaps one day I will beat one into steel.
