I definitely need negative cords cut, both from myself and others. I feel invisible to others where people go so far as the interrupt me when I am talking or try to out do me. This makes me feel even worse about myself than I already do.

However, I would recommend practicing meditation, mindfulness and law of attraction. I’ve known many people who have turned their lives around with these practices and a positive mindset. Have a look at the book Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks. That’s a great place to start! And the TH-cam channel Law of Attraction Solutions run by a gentleman called Robert Zink. I set the volume slightly higher and lay my phone on the pillow next to me. In the middle of your soft spoken guided meditation an ad came BLARING in and broke the serenity I was experiencing. I know you have no control over the ads however it would be wise to speak with YT about their inappropriate timing. It was/is Very disturbing to say the least. Yes, I could PAY to stop the ads but to me that adds insult to injury. PAY or your meditation will be abruptly interrupted.
I’m sure I’ve raised this with YT before but I will mention it again. Failing that as this is an older video I may delete it and do another one and this time I can change where the ads appear in my TH-cam studio 👍

How do I practice white magic and spell work when my Duchenne muscular dystrophy makes it challenging to do simple tasks like lighting a candle without needing help from people who invariably invade the sacredness of the space (much of the attendant care workers In America seem to be unaware of the heavy dark auras they often hold) 🫣😓
Thank you so much for your kind comment. 🙏❤️ You don’t actually need to light candles or use tools to carry out spell and manifestation work. The power is in your thoughts, feelings and frequency. So don’t worry too much about them if it is difficult for you. So, given your circumstances I would recommend more meditation work, listening to more 528hz and 432hz frequency music and practice affirmations and intention exercises. What you put out you get back right? The power of the divine emanates from within you. The candles, tools etc are just pomp and ceremony, but a lot of people like to use them so that they feel more involved and present with the spell work. Listen to other manifestation masters such as Bob Proctor, Eckhart Tolle, Abraham Hicks, Neville Goddard and Robert Zink, to name a few. I also love reading Paulo Coelho. His book ‘Manual of the Warrior of Light’ is incredible. Regarding others dark and negative energy…there are plenty of reiki healers like myself online that can help remove any negative energy you may have absorbed and protect you from being affected by them in the future. The more energy work you do for yourself and raise your vibration, the less they can affect you. 👍 I am launching a Patreon account in the Spring and hopefully creating some ebooks and an online course but until then I absolutely recommend the above mentioned. Somehow with my qigong practice I saw that the yin path of healing with a focus more on breathing and intention has given a lot of healing so I should probably apply the same concept here.
