      @@SiamBoxing only 17, that's top. I would have thought 21 or 22. How long is he training? He has a very good understanding of techniques for his age and being a foreign fighter. I'd imagine he will give a lot of grown men trouble in the ring. Can go places in the future I'd he sticks at it for sure!

    I've just watched `Hitman Fight League - Magnus Andersson V Joe Ryan' and I can't help but think that headgear should be mandatory if head kicks are allowed.
    I know that those in the fighting game don't like headgear, sighting restricted vision but it's not always going to end without brain damage when a strong lad like Joe kicks to the head like he was kicking a football. I certainly didn't like how Magnus Andersson legs were shaking after being kicked in the head, indicating possible brain trauma.
    Joe is so tough he would be able to cripple men by kicking in the legs and torso until they can't continue which is just as satifying to watch imo.
    I suppose he'll only possibly reconsider when he causes serious injury, if then.
    Lovely lad with apparently almost 100% disconnect from his usual pleasant self once in the ring.

    Is sprinting good conditioning and fat loss 2x per week? Or better than standard jogging 3 to 6 miles 3x per week? What do the pro fighter think best for this? I rather ask you since you lot are in the trenches most days of the week👍🏻 compare to some cringe TH-cam video expert telling me this is the truth etc. you lot are actually battle field tested to what works in getting lean. I’ve had trouble deciding which methods are best ie long jogs or sprints to shed about 23 pounds

    • @aarongoodall4169
      @aarongoodall4169 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For fat loss standard jogging is better in my opinion. Sprints are more for solely conditioning purposes as they can tire you out too fast. Both are good tho

    Sorry , Am I the only one who finds boxing horrendous ? I know UK got some legit boxing and I know this is Muay Thai.... but the hands do not look great IMO. Why is no one mentioning the technical flaws? I know Muay Thai is different but what happened to the Golden Era Thai fighters ? ALL their hands look amazing , technically speaking as well. Elbows flaring out , hands never by the face when kicking , the Jab is literally an arm punch , there is 0 step in it at all.. (Yes I understand its probably due to leg kick counter but come on)
    Don't get me wrong , I seen his fights and its great but why is everyone a Yes man pumper? Say some real things.. No one pointing out flaws because they don't want to get shunn'd on.

    • @Uro_Boros
      @Uro_Boros 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I doesn't allow myself to criticize him because I'm just training since february.
      You mean the flaws when It comes to boxing specifically? I mean, the kicks/teeps, elbows and knees look amazing and are really powerful.

    • @StPauli57Ghetto
      @StPauli57Ghetto 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont like his style powerfull but less fast. His Boxing is really bad .

    • @joshuafachtmann8143
      @joshuafachtmann8143 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Uro_Boros yes the kicking , elbow and knee techniques are great , and yes I mean when it comes to his hand techniques. Boxing and muay thai is hard to combine together , very understandable but there are ways to be a good puncher while being a muay thai fighter. It seems like their main camp focuses on everything but punching. You're starting to see these type of fighters get exposed in ONE Championship in little gloves because their boxing technique is bad. As Muay Thai is evolving and getting a lot of recognition world wide , there will be holes that will be exposed. I really highly suggest you study boxing also , not just thai boxing.

    • @GDZL91
      @GDZL91 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Joe uses fakes with his legs to set his hands/elbows up then to further set his strong kicks/knees, he also has a massive arsenal of trips that he incorporates into his combos
      the boxing or speed part you mention is irrelevant as his game is constantly to keep you guessing tiring you out at his own pace. It’s also proof as this is how he wins his fights.
      he’s a great example of someone who plays to his strengths which is why he’s in the top rankings. It’s not all about flash boxing and fast hands.
