During program runtime all the variables are replaced with actual values, so how that run is different from model?

Hey Bob! You are correct!
The Model is the mathematical equation. The Machine Learning Algorithm helps us to FIND the correct equation that fits the given data.
During the run time (Model Training Time) the variables are replaced by actual values and based on that the final coefficients of the equation get selected.
So the model is the final equation that is found by the algorithm using the training data.
