LOL! The prankster was such a di** in losing his patience, but I get it.
I work in customer service by phone and have encountered this scenario many times - rather than going to my company's website (navigating to a specific website should be easy enough for ANY adult to do, at this point), as I have directed my callers to do, a few of them go to Google or similar search engine and can't seem to figure out how to get to the right website. It really shouldn't be that difficult.
If you don't know how to navigate to a website, as an adult, you have no business trying to use the internet...This is basically the very first step in learning how to use the internet.
