I'm surprised others disagree with Pyramid Head's rating in Tru3's killer tier list. The dude was performing so well at launch that he was nerfed several times, and yet he still performs quite well. If that's not the sign of a top killer, idk what is. Let's not forget the same happened with Nurse and Blight, nerfed from time to time yet still exceeds in performance.
@@la2kmatt533 those would be the nerfs. They delayed his rites of judgment animation so that he couldn't immediately respond against pallets and window vaults.
Ngl I get why people compare Dracula’s hellfire power to PH’s because they look kinda similar but when you look at the actual situations where you do use it it’s way closer to like a Nemesis’ tentacle or Xeno’s tail. You use it at windows pallets or low obstacles. There’s some higher obstacles where Nemesis for example can’t get a hit but Dracula can, like the rocks on Ormond. Meanwhile PH can literally hit you behind 2 walls without even needing a LOS. Idk I definitely think PH is stronger (also bc of the cages) but I wouldn’t put Dracula that far behind him, he has good map pressure he can teleport with add ons he can deny windows and slow survivors down. While PH’s anti loop is way stronger he still has to walk from place a to place b which takes a lot more time.
Agreed! I never really understood the comparison between the two killers. They have a slightly similar ability, but that is where all the similarities end honestly Dracula is way better in certain aspects than PH and vice versa. PH may have better antiloop, but like you said, his map pressure is kind of insane. Especially with his add ons like Lapis + Medusa Hair which can shut down a window loop completely as well as slow them down which is still crazy good. PH might not be able to go around the map quickly, but his anti loop is almost unmatched due to torment being suoer good. PH is definitely a better killer in terms of power, but I personally think he is right behind PH on the tier list. But long story short, they don’t have enough in common to be compared. It’s like comparing Dredge and Nurse since they both can teleport, it doesn’t make much sense because of a slight similarity that they can teleport.
Dracula can fire through things depending.. Like most of the areas you are doing here he can. If its messing up it means you are standing slightly too close to the object. The only things he can not are ones that are solid walls like indoor areas / trees / really tall stuff like that. ( At least most the spots Tru3 got hits in this video Dracula can get hits on as well. All if you only count the ones Tru3 got up till he said what he said about Dracula funny enough. There are a few spots in this map he can not get hits at/from but majority he can. ) But I am aware you are probably talking more about those areas than anything else. Since Pyramid Head can hit those areas, well most. There are some areas Pyramid Head can not hit either. ( Side note there are some places Pyramid Head can not hit but Dracula can, those are due to the odd mechanics of both attacks. )

But there will be more walls than elavation in your way of hitting people when playing a loop so id argue pyramid heads ability is more consistent, which makes it stronger than drakulas. Cause if the walls at a loop are just a little taller than Drakulas ability can go through it makes him basically a m1 killer

The Felix was a prick for the t-bag I would say that but trying to sabo your hooks which were the pain res hooks doesn’t make him a prick it’s him counter playing your build and him trying to do a build that you don’t see as much. Why do you counter entitlement with entitlement lol?
Honestly i could see dracula being pretty good in comp but all the maps they play on are garbo for him so ya i dont get why he is a better pyramid head. my guess is map traversal but even than
tbagging can actually be a useful strategy as a survivor if you want to try and force a killer to tunnel you. I've managed to make killers throw games just to chase me because I tbagged them after dropping a pallet on em. Shouldn't let people get in your head like that.

What were the nerfs? The only one I recall is not being able to see cages and the added delay from using rites if judgement
