@@hydrealestate1 yes true, In master plan 2031 , that road was not there all of a sudden after congress govt they have created that road which is not there in master plan . across hyd people do ventures and buy plots based on master plan 2031 . Now even that is not trustworthy .

@ i dont think the company that u said have any venture near to RFC , its outsid of choutuppal ,.... invest only in the strectch from Peddaamberpet to till choutuppal , do not cross choutuppal at any cost ,... HMDA final approved is most necessary , out of all plot must be just withint 400 meters from highway and venture must be highway facing only for easy resale in vjywada highway

I think indresham and inole are slightly a bit away from polluted areas comapred to Isnapur, patancheru and rudraram

The could have widened the current srisailam road and just hav gone with a 200 feet new road instead of 330 feet road. I don't get their idea.

you missed orr Exit 15. the prices are still under 20K and it 30kms to Gachibowli
Few of the lands there fall in 111 GO area. So didn't recommed as if might difficult for novice audience to judge
