How do you make your cata stop in place? A rachet or is just code, we try and stop ours with code but the motors are strong enough and so far I haven't found a rachet design strong enough to hold it
So we use limit switches on our cata so when the limit switch is NOT being touched, the motor spins. To shoot we just have it spin overriding the limit code. Also we do use a rachet but it's not really needed
To score 60 discs in 60 seconds, you need to basically shoot 3 stacks every 3 seconds. Pretty much impossible with travel time and rollers, so it is up to who can squeeze in those extra seconds of shooting.

i have a 100rpm cartridge on my 7 to 1 ratio cata and a hold command when i let go of the button works fine for me
Use multiple slip gears and do break type hold in the code.
you need a rachet or you are killing motors by holding. multiple teams use canti rachets, same with us and that is on a 12t metal pin and it works.

What’s the theoretical max?
Somewhere around 400+ is you get all tiles for expansion cause the max for virtual skills is 322 which includes only 4 tiles of expansion
