I am saving 40k for a new cvo. I wanted an air cooled bike. But if it over heats in traffic idk I might go with a water cooled bike

This young man is not a serious rider. He only wants to ride a few times a week. If you not planning on riding daily or taking those long trips, he needs a Road King or Soft Tail. Those are "ride around town, bar hopping" bikes. And they are cheaper.
