- How to do this test:
1. Kneel and place foot near a wall.
2. Lunge forward and try to contact the wall with your knee.
3. Keep your heel on the ground and make sure your knee is tracking directly over the center of your foot.
Proper dorsiflexion can make a big impact on your foot strike while running to help keep you injury-free and allowing you to run faster and efficiently
