In my late 20's, I was in a cooking school perfecting the art of cooking for those with a refined palate. At 68 years of age, I find it impossible to believe people have not been subjected to some part of ptomaine (food poisoning) eating at this establishment. I can only assume that the food regulations are much more lax (?) than here in Canada. If so, I pray for you all.
Can someone explain the adding of crushed crackers to the spaetzle? Ive never seen that. Also was that uncooked spaetzle fried in butter. Id have thought it would have been hydrated first or was it?
