As someone who always had trouble looking people in the eye (it can feel so intense and overwhelming!) I wanted to create a healing experience that was just about gentle, loving eye gazing. If you struggle with receiving eye contact from other people, I hope this helps you like it's helped me. There is no talking in this ASMR experience, but I do incorporate gentle light touching triggers (and some calming sleep triggers) to help you stay engaged and learn how to practice eye contact as well as receive loving eye contact and loving attention from others. Please enjoy the soothing hand movements as they put you into a calming hypnotic trance!

I had always found eye contact difficult. (Especially maintaining eye contact while speaking to someone! Throughout my life I struggled with stuttering, and the intensity of eye contact while stuttering was too much...) So I hope this video helps anyone else who struggles with eye gazing and eye contact. I intend for this video to be very healing and relaxing to you. 😊🦋
