Beginner's Guide to Iris Folding using

This video is a beginner's guide to Iris Folding using a Butterfly Card Kit from Pretty In Paper By B. This kit is so easy to follow and great to use if you're starting out (like me) as it has everything you need apart from a pair of scissors and sellotape! I hope you enjoy the video and I plan to bring you more ways to Iris Fold!

Hey Gemma! You certainly do have more patience than I do. I hardly ever do Iris folding but when I do I just use strips of ribbon. No folding involved!

I gave this type of card a try earlier in the year. It is really not difficult and rather relaxing to do. I have used Bethan's kits too. They are really lovely. I find that rather than checking each new number against the key supplied I start by colouring the numbered areas of the template in the appropriate colours. Saves having to check each time and gives you an idea of how it is going to look. There are lots of free designs available on the internet if you do a Google search. Have fun. Thank you for sharing.
