Third place at the Mr. Olympia means there where only two men better then you in the entire world. I would not call that a loss. But in the mindset of these kind of people it obviously is. They are hungry dogs and only the number one place is good enough. Thats part of why they are so good at what they do in the first place. Without that mentality you would not even end up on the stage. I'm just saying the fact that you get invited to even participate at a Mr. Olympia means you won in life. How many people are on that stage actually? like 20 or something? You know how in tour the france there are 160 cyclist that participate? And i did that sport on quite a high level in the past and know how ridiculous good you have to be to be selected to be one of those 160. My point is that if you are standing on the Mr Olypmpia stage its even more exclusive compared to other sports. Its not the best of the best. Its the best of the best of the best.

He had better conditioning this time but I think he won because he had a very good balance between size, shape, and conditioning. I actually have my money on Derek for 2025, but any of these three can win. If Samson and Derek do not show up with enough conditioning, it's lights out for them, with Hadi being ALWAYS shredded.

I don't think Hadi Choopan will put on more size, so if he doesn't win next year, it may be the last year he could win. I think Andrew Jacked, Samson Dauda, and Derek Lunsford could absolutely trade blows in the coming years. I understand that Andrew Jacked has to grow in a few areas, but he is right at the cusp. Give him 2-3 years and he could give Samson a run for his money, especially if he Samson hits a plateau. I think Hadi Choopan has hit a plateau, so if not next year, it may be no more MR Os for him.
