Tim cut his hair during quarenteen and let it go grey instead of coloring. Thought I would miss the long hair but he's looking good as a silver fox. If you want your ears to melt listen to Brothers in Arms......amazing.
This is Johnny Cash song, all the guys are between 6'1"-6'4" they like to play with us and just saw them a few weeks ago and yes Adam is just that good all were fantastic
@@ReactionsbyD Yes they are. That's why I love them so much. They have such great senses of humor but can also be serious when need to be. Their How Great Thou Art is amazing. Adam Rupp sings in that one.
@@ReactionsbyD that's why we love them...they are so telented but they are never too serious...they pranked us 3 times on April Fools day...it was terrific & gave us all laughs
Great reaction! It is nice to see the younger generation appreciate pure talent when they hear and see it! A lot of people think of A Capella music kind of like a barber shop quartet sounding group but that is far from the truth with Home Free! You definitely want to check out their cover of Boyz II Men's song End of the Road, they killed this one! You are in for a real treat with discovering more and more of their music. Thanks for the reaction!
Height of singers Austin shortest 6ft. 1 1/2 in. Adam, Chance, Tim and Rob are all ranges from 6ft. 3in. to 6ft. 4in. They are all big tall beautiful men lol
Dude, Adam is a BEAST! I just saw them in Denver, and I was a Hot Mess. I think my face stayed frozen the entire time. If you can, treat yourself, and go see them. They are from another planet. Thank you for your reaction. 🥰
The guys did a great job of this Johnny Cash cover. Made it into a jazzy blues style. And they all look like some sort of criminals especially Tim & Adam. Remember this was done during quarantine so none of them were physically together. They were very creative during that time. Love the background train noises. Adam's beatboxing is crazy good & so is Tim's low notes.
They were messing with us on the heights...they are actually betweeh 6ft 1 & 6ft 4 in real life. For a lot of folks this is one of their top 5 (including me) Home Free videos. And to think they did this from their homes as this was a quarantine special !!
These guys are the very definition of awesome! Each and every one of them crushed it. Adam, man, you are THE BOMB!!!! They're pranking us with the height thing.
I love the way they'd put the heights in their backgrounds - it was made during COVID and done in each of their homes. One put his height at 6'8 and another at 5' tall!
They were just having a little fun with the height charts. They are all 6'1 1/2 to 6'4" in height. This was during quarantine when they had to put up their own backdrops in their closets where some of them sang & recorded in. During quarantine also Tim cut his hair and stopped coloring and he's kept the gray patch even though they are back touring again. He's the oldest member turning 40 this year and he decided to let it shine.
No, sadly Adam did NOT make the rack back of the shot gun. He tried and tried, but could not get it right, to his satisfaction, so the sound is actually Chance racking his gun. However, Adam said he is not going to give up, and he will eventually get the sound down.
Hahaha loved this. Home Free killed it. Made it bluesy and jazzy. Tim and Adam really made this didn’t they?! Don’t pay attention to the height charts. They did this during Covid and so they hung them wrong. They are all tall though between 6’1” and 6’4”. I understand Adam couldn’t do the shotgun sound so they used a real gun but I know he’s working on the sound so he’ll probably end up getting it soon. He does do the harmonica without a harmonica. Tim cut his hair during Covid since he couldn’t make it to the hairdresser so he cut it last year. If you want to hear more bass from Tim please listen to Brothers in Arms. It’s amazing!! Love your reaction D!!!
Just subscribed because you are only the second reactor I've seen that caught the sound of the gun cocking even though he imitated it! Great job. Besides I love your Home Free videos
Hey D! I'm seeing this late, Sorry! However I made here! I love your reactions and watching you learn about the guy's! Lots of fun! I love how you love Home Free! Glad to be with you on your journey down the rabbit hole of Home Free! Personally I am pretty much addicted to them and I don't mind it AT ALL! These guy's are just Sick! Nasty! In such a Great way! I'm counting down the days until my 1st concert! Only 20 days to go! So very excited! Anxious to see you react to the next video! ❤️🍟🔥🔥🔥
This is country dude .. the Man in Black Johnny Cash who sang for inmates in prison and one of the prisoners was Merle Haggard another country legend !!
They're just playing a game with the heights. Chance is over 6 feet (not just over 5 feet) and Rob isn't 6'8". Home Free loves to play with us some times.
Oh & one more thing....check out some of Michael Winslow if you want to hear someone that can make sounds...he is incredible & he was the one in the Police Academy movies doing all those sound effects.
They are all 6 ft & taller. Adam is the tallest at 6' 3", if the info is correct. Tim & Chance are 6' 2" , Austin is 6' 1" & haven't found a height on Rob, but when they are standing side by side he is probably 6' or 6' 1".
The songs great, Unfortunately, Cash wrote it in '53 and didn't know what he was talking about. The Zephyr DOES not go by Folsom. It does not go to to San Antonio TX. If he killed someone in Reno, NV. He would not be in CSP Folsom. California not Nevada. He wrote the song in Tennessee and had addiction issues, so we'll give hin a break. RIP.
He actually wrote the song while in the Air Force in Germany, after watching a documentary on the men of Folsom Prison. His motivation was, what was the worst crime a man could commit. He said killing a man, for no reason other than to watch him die, was it. The rest of it is just about the guy sitting in Folsom Prison.... it isn't about the accuracy, it is about the story and the emotion behind it.
@@LadyDragonsblood My Dad had a band in the 50's. - early 60's. That's the reason I know about the song. They liked it before it was popular. We moved from there to CA in '59, and dad said, "He got it wrong." That's why every time I' hear it, I'm, you know. And thanx for the info.
Honestly...you were pretty slow to catch on to the height joke. And you look old enough to have been alive when Johnny Cash made this a hit the first time. Surprised you didn't know it. Buty glad you keep on covering Home Free.
It's like they say we need you to imitate the saxophone for tomorrows shoot
Lol I can't believe you heard Adam do the rifle lol
Tim cut his hair during quarenteen and let it go grey instead of coloring. Thought I would miss the long hair but he's looking good as a silver fox.

Took me a while to get used to Tim's new looks, but it suits him. Plus, he has such an expressive face and it's much better visible now.
This is Johnny Cash song, all the guys are between 6'1"-6'4" they like to play with us and just saw them a few weeks ago and yes Adam is just that good all were fantastic
The sound of the shotgun was an actually sound of a gun Adam owns
I do believe its time for you to venture into Home Frees Cover of "Brothers in Arms"......
The heights were an inside joke with Home Free. Lol. They are all actually at least 6 feet tall. Good reaction.
Always playing games they are! lol

I also was at the Denver concert. I was in the back row and could still feel Tim's low notes all the way to my toes
Rob is actually the tallest at 6 4. Did you see Tim's half evil grin on that low low note!!!
Tim's Lil smirk.....like
"Oh yes I did just do that!" 😉🥰

I think I saw in an interview that he used a pump action shotgun that he owns.
A Capella master class
Adam Rupp has a beautiful singing voice too. He and his brother started the group 20 years ago.
Fun reaction. The guys like pranking us thus the height charts. Watch out for April 1st.
I absolutely love this one. Johnny Cash would have loved this
Johnny Cash is smiling at this amazing cover

Worth the copyright issues? Love the smile on Tim's face as he does that way low note. They are the gold standard in my mind
