Rotten to the corpse.... holy shit.. what a nightmare was to beat that level. I used to play it with my uncle when I was 6 and I never made it to the final part, he did maybe after 100 tries. I played it a couple of years ago, and still.. probably one of the hardest levels ever made for an fps game.
Me and my friends tried and tried and tried. Sleepovers consisted of trying to beat that fucking level!

Loved how they incorporated the classic German castle with Fucked up experiments but with a fun twist , when games were creative

Even funnier is that this level reused the cut Colditz Castle level from the first game, even reusing the rescue theme (saving a POW vs getting the Panzerknacker)

É um dos jogos mais difíceis que já joguei. Tem uns controles complicados; mas, uma vez que você se acostuma, não é tão difícil manusear as armas e controlar a personagem. Entretanto, as fases são bem complicadas.essa missão extra, por exemplo, foi uma das que eu mais demorei a terminar, pois morria muito. Tempos muito bons

fora os dogs,
que voce nem escutava quando eles estavam vindo,
por conta das tvs na época.
@@GamessBrandao o que dava medo tmb era os tiros de bazooka que vinham dos inimigos, aquela de Return to Paris tmb demorei muito tempo pra passa-la, hj vendo e fácil , mas a jogabilidade do PS1 com aquela mira travada era horrível de desviar

The second level of this mission was fucking IMPOSSIBLE for me and my friend's. We would stay up all night on weekends trying to beat that level. WE NEVER DID. I still havent to this day

What version of the game are you playing?
I'm currently doing this level using Duckstation emulator, and the enemies seem way more aggressive and accurate on my side.
But anyway, great work, helped me a lot, this is the first mission I had in this game that is actually difficult to finish and not just to get an Excellent rating on it.
There was some secrets if you completed all the levels with excellent score I think 🤔

I would go all the way through,blow up the tank THEN go back and assemble the dude so he would survive and we would leave the castle together.
I used epsxe mano, yes I used telephone. it was very difficult to record, due to the size of the screen. I used the ps4 controller via bluetooth
