Nice flight with the V-Stik. Sometimes some minor modifications can really make a difference in how much you enjoy flying a plane and it seems like it worked on this one.
Go for it! It is on sale right now, here is a link:www.helidirect.com/collections/airplanes-kit/products/vmar-v-stick-pnp-plug-play-ep-arf-kit-46-5-wingspan
Thanks for using the provided link but I am not an affiliate with them. I just put in the links to take the confusion out of trying to find the plane on the net. Even though it was a pnp the build is still a bit longer than a typical foamie is. That is the main reason you don't see to many wooden planes builds.
So how do you feel about flying from grass with it if I put large wheels on it and maybe a larger motor and ESC! I just like the looks of the old stuff especially since I learned to fly with a stick on glow power!
I seen these awhile back but never really seen any videos. Looks to be good overall and it can be a high wing or low wing with the interchangeable plates.
This plane really impressed me! What an awesome little Flyer!!
This is a good looking model...not sure how well it will hold up..thanks for sharing
I remember it being surprisingly hardy.
Yes,it seems like a diamond in the rough.
i can see a 3D printed Snoopy in the cockpit
Great Idea!!!

Yes, I am going to install some better gear but other than that she is good to go!
That's awesome! I've been thinking about getting one and that just about made up my mind with this video!

Do you have to glue anything together or just screws?
Completely screws together. I did however put CA in the screw holes I made when I put in the gear.
If this ain't the most american shit I've seen, it's beautiful.
Nice for less than $150 plane.
Could you show us your camera set up please
Very simple. Just a GoPro 8 Hero black edition shot in the 'AIR' mode (1080 pi/64fps)and it is mounted on my ball cap brim with a GoPro camera cage.
👍👍😊😊
Thanks!!
I started to buy this then up popped $39.94 shipping. Screw that!
Yeah they get ya on shipping but still a great flying plane.
