    How do you practice being in flow state? I try to do that with dancing but I find myself thinking more than acting

      Thanks for the comment family,
      I try to find smaller tasks that allow me to do.. without being in my head. For example, going on a run can allow you to practice this “flow state” (clear your thoughts and worries while you are on the run). It also benefits you in the long run for dancing. The calmer you get during your runs the better the chance you can remember your mindset shift when you’re practicing for dance.
      Always find a way to create a reference for yourself to go back to. Eventually you’ll apply this to different areas in your day to day. Good luck!
