Really love how this turned out. My step father was a stamp and coin collector and I would give anything to have his collection for creating with. He had binders of 1st day envelopes, boxes of postcards and more stamps than there are tongues to lick them. Sadly my mother sold it all to another collector that took it all. She sold off his coins in small lots including gold coins to another collector, long story. Anyway 😂 your folio is very nice.
Hi Hazel, Loved the stamp folio. The stamps bring back fond memories of my childhood. My Godmother's husband got me interested in stamp and coin collecting, way back when! You are right, our world was quite small back then, compared to today. ❤. Hugs!
Hi Ruth, so do you still collect stamps as a hobby or just for journal making purposes? It could be a very expensive hobby with the price of postage...yikes. Can you believe this year is almost over? Or should I say the (maybe) trip to Manitoba is that much closer! Hope your Xmas plans are moving along nicely. Hugs, H
Good morning Hazel. I am just amazed at how cool this turned out. (Don't know why, because you have shown time and time again your talent at putting things together that make sense). Really loved your ending message and sending heartfelt healing energy to your subscriber in their time of need. I think it really shows how you have touched us with your advise and concern. I am very grateful for your presence in my life. Give Gertie and little scratch behind the ear for me!
Hi Teresa, thanks for your sweet words and I count you among my favourites! Besides the scratch, I've been sharing my frozen blueberries with her.....isn't that what a good nana would do? H
This is fantastic! Love it… my brother collected stamps and guess who ended up with the collection? 😉 Love you and especially your sincerity. Gertie smooches! ❤❤❤
You lucky kid, you! I've bought a few auction lots of stamps & they can get pricey depending on the contents. Well, it's a mutual admiration society then cuz I feel the same way about you! Gertie goes back home on Tuesday so it's been a minute. Love, H
Oh, trust me, LInda, the irony is not lost on me. I've watched a number of interviews with the spokesman from each side & I want to bang their heads together. I'm one of those rural and remote Canadians who has no viable options within reach & budget. There may not be anyone who cares or goes back to CP after this nonsense is over. And what's up with the gov't taking such a hands off approach to an "essential service"......but I digress. No winners in this scenario....H

Hi Sandy, thanks for saying so. It was fun to do & completed within days not months!!! yay.
You are a sweetheart so it's not hard! H
Kinda ironic to be doing this while Canada's postal workers are on strike ~~~~~~

@@hazelanakadesign7071 I can understand your frustration. It truly baffles me that this has been allowed to go on for so long!
