Thanks Tony for the review! I had a pretty good laugh allraight at 6:12. Not because of your protective clothing, more because of the (at that time still) clean laundry in the back. ;)
Yes, I did notice that when I was putting the video together. Forgot all about it at the time and didn't realise how much dust was blowing up behind me. 🤣 👍
Good review, thanks for sharing. I’ve been eyeing this up for a while and think the flat nose will come in handy, I thought the electronic brake would have kicked in and stopped it a bit quicker than it did but that’s not a deal breaker.
Thank you. I think it might be a bit hard even for DeWalt to apply their usual braking techniques to a disc spinning at 9,000 RPM to bring it to a stop almost immediately. Still pretty good though. 👍
@@LPGexpert yeah fair point about the brake, although I’m sure Metabo had a system on their grinders to stop within 2 seconds about 10 years ago, having said that I’ve always been happy with the Dewalt 18v range in terms of quality and price. 👍🏻

Left-handed people need to turn the gearbox over (so that the button is on top under the thumb)
I dont get why these reviewers think a 2 prong spanner is easier to lose than a skinny allen key? Doesnt make sense.
