    Such an underbluffed spot, but in a tough game like this with such capable players its hard to lay down the nut flush. Its very hard to find bluffs though, your opponent has to be CRAZY, im not 100% sure how action dan plays. Against 95% of the poker players you got an easy lay down

      @@recoilrob324
      Gambling Losses
      An individual can deduct gambling losses only to the extent of his or her gambling winnings included in gross income ( Code Sec. 165(d); Reg. §1.165-10). For tax years beginning before 2026, gambling losses for this purpose include any deduction otherwise allowed to the taxpayer in carrying on a wagering transaction (for example, travel expenses). Deductible gambling losses are generally reported by the individual as a miscellaneous itemized deduction not subject to the two-percent-of-adjusted-gross-income floor (when that limit is applicable) ( ¶1095). A professional gambler reports gambling income and losses on Schedule C (Form 1040). Married individuals who file a joint return can combine their gambling winnings and losses.

    • @alistairwillock7266
      @alistairwillock7266 26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      This. I think that precisely KQdd is a fold here. Having KTdd, you might have to close your eyes and call against someone as capable as Action Dan. But having _both_ the Kd and Qd in your hand is probably the worst-case scenario.

    Easy when you can see the cards I know but I think that is just a pretty trivial fold. I know Action Dan has heart and is creative but what is he landing on that river with that he is then turning into a bluff when Hook goes bet, bet, bet? Even if you completely discount black AA (4bets) and pocket 6s /pocket 3s (folds flop), Action Dan has three combos of JJ, two combos of AJs, two combos of A3s and two combos of A6s suited that all play that way. I dont know why the commentator thinks he cant have A3 or A6. It would make perfect sense for him to go call flop / call turn with 'weak' trips and then shoving when he made the boat.

    • @hosayistheway8726

    When you start folding flushes in high stakes hands. It would have been a very tough fold but he could have as he didnt have the nuts. For sure Dan had the Ace......or a jack pocket jacks. I could have read this
    Dont think Dan would have jammed all in. Thats too risky for a bluff.
