Yes, the loss was against the company, when he was booked to fight Vettori, the UFC played him well, he did tell the ufc in advance that due to a biceps injury he was not going to make weight and he would be up to fight but at 205.
Costa was out for too long and he needed to get pay, as his contract is not very rewarding, so he made himself available even though he wasn't in shape, but UFC wanted him to loose and not only, but make hi. Look bad for the fans, as someone that missed weight for not being professional, the UFC knew over a month in advance that he wasn't going to make weight due to injury, the entire media blasted Costa, and many other athletes jumped on the bandwagon to criticise Costa and make him look bad, the UFC knows how to pull the strings to resign someone on a cheap , dirty games, hope Costa does well and go to PFL to fight in a tournament for a million $$$

It's so cool to see a guy like costa show his emotions when talking about his preparations b4 the fight. And he's a juggernaut in the octagon when he's on which is 90% of the time. Can't wait to see this fight!!
Cutting weight makes you emotional. Try to workout 2-3 times a day 2-3hrs per session atleast in caloric deficit and do it 10-12weeks 😂

I understand how Costa got emotional and had a emotional breakdown. But this awesome that some people really helps him, and appreciate him. Welcome. He has potential and can turn a bad time into an opportunity. We learned lesson from Everything, and it's not a shame, learn how to make yourself better than previous condition by continues efforts. Continuity and efforts with soul had results better and better.
Been hoping Paulo would drop Walid (old manager) for ages. The guy was making Paulo someone that he is not. Would be great to see him have an outstanding performance, the guy truly has tons of potential if his head is in the right place.

Last time Costa was injured during the fight camp and couldn't cut weight when necessary. The fight was going to get cancelled until UFC decided to move the weight division above.
He was dealing with an injury during that camp that's why he couldn't make weight, because of the injury he wasn't able to train and lost the weight necessary. He told in an interview that he wasn't even expecting that they would accept the fight with that weight.
