- HEY GUYS it's been such a long while but i am back!!! hopefully back to regular uploads, i just had a whole ton of stuff happen like i got sick and lost of my voice for a week as well as having general artist block, and also having strict deadline i've been preparing to meet but i managed to finish this song finally and im so dang happy with it !! i really hope u like it, i poured my whole heart and soul into this one :')
this was initially meant to be out for just before halloween, but i think it's not too halloweeny to not be enjoyable still hopefully :D
anyway im gonna keep it short because it is 3:30 am and i am incredibly awake but also tired as heck, but it was worth it to finish this :]

This song is so precious. My son introduced me to it and it's one of the best songs to listen to as we go for drives in the canyon near our house. We went again this last weekend since the colors of the trees are changing. The song came on as we were winding through the trees on the drive with the windows rolled down and it made us both tear up in a sweet way. Thank you for this song. It's beautiful.

This makes me think of two lovers, both dead, while one of them has stayed in our world to watch over their child/mother/sibling/whatever and the other one has gone farther... and they meet again every year on the only evening they're allowed, on the hallow's eve.
Imagine a couple, where the husband is dead and the wife is alive. The dead spouse sends their days watching over their wife and child, but they don’t know he is there. He can move physical objects sometimes, but he cant interact with people. You watch as he joins the wife in her daily activities, dancing with her in the living room although she is unaware. He and his parents, also dead, watch the child pick out his favorite fruits at the market place. At last, All Hallows’ Eve comes. Saddened by the memories of her husband, she begins to dance in the moonlight alone, when she feels someone take her hands and join her, a if they knew the dance by heart. As if they danced that same dance on their wedding day. She hugs him and cries tears of joy. The son sees his father and grandparents. The stay up all night reuniting, until the sun starts to rise. Soon they will be separated, but he smiles and tells her he’ll always be here. She’ll see him again.
