I am not a professional, but I would say it depends on how much storage you already use, if you have iCloud, etc. If you have extra storage from iCloud maybe you do not need as much space so 128 would be fine. if you dont have too many apps or photos, 128 would be fine as well. If not, maybe 256 GB for that extra space :)
