In Frankfurt I believe there is a authentic indian restaurant saravana bhavan.
I saw few of your videos. Very nice showing of both great countries culture. All looks rosy in the beging. But after 5-10 years the differences crop up. Wish you all the best!

Got memories of Germany, specially Amsberg, Menden, where I used to Visit 3-4 times in an year from 2012 to 2022. Our HQ was in Menden a really country side I love too much. Very calm and relaxed life, really missed. Love you both of you and best wishes
One of the most entertaining travel vlog you guys ended up delivering as things de routed at many instants & you still found some thing fun or interesting off it each time, by the way its the1st time I saw your shorts 1+ hr ago & it's the 4th vlog of yours already & rrmember hearing Dusseldorf & Karaikudi, I have driven through both towns with short stops, during 2 different trips, to Dussl in mid 90s when going from Frankfurt, Cologne Dussl & Hamburg, then in mid 2000s from Madurai Karaik to Rameshwarm different decades, Dusseldorf looks wide clean not over crowded way better than i remember. Cheers
CLOSED ON SUNDAY - that used to really irritate me when I lived in Germany in 1973/74. I would work 5 and 1/2 days a week, which gave me barely enough time to go to the bank, and then all the stores would be closed on Sunday. It would always surprise me. Sometimes when I went to a big city, I would find a large store open on Sunday.
Summer has an Indian accent when she speaks English.
Omg yes! I was so checked to find everything closed on Sunday coz in California and in India everything is open everyday 😂 I was like what? How do they even stay in business? Also how everything closed early even during the week. Big culture shock. One of the reasons I find it hard to live in Europe..

It depends on North Indian or South Indian cuisine. Idly and dosa are typical South Indian dishes. Chapathi chole batture puri are North Indian dishes.
Puri with Sagoo is south indian so Puri is pan Indian.

Kerala goes for puttu Karnataka goes for bisi bele bath Andhra for biriyani and ours is Pongal. Common south indian dishes r idly and pongal

Actually what we eat in India at home is totally different than that in restaurants. In India, people like me who belongs to middle class family, rarely go to restaurants. I generally used to prefer to eat something at good food stalls because of reasonable price and quality. It's not about food but the other things, that matters a lot when it comes to visiting Western Countries.

Do not confine it to idli dosa of south India to Butter chicken of North India.
India is diverse from indic masalas to Dumplings, do not sterotipic INDIA based on your persona views. I am Indian , and never knew what Dosa is about till I was 25 years old.
