The Z isn't going to win many red light races, but between 5,000 and 8,000 rpm it's a monster, and even stock makes very good power if you keep it up near redline.
Not stock, in the description he says 370 hp. I think he's FBO I don't hear any turbo spool or supercharger whine. There are guys with 600-800hp setups in these Nismos, way too much for the track but in straight away it would eat the C8 with that kind of power.
Driver's not only lacking in skill but also totally inexperienced. You can see how he/she cracked under pressure when the Z caught up! Not taking anything away from the Z, as it's what I like more out of the two, but C8 in the right hands would be killer.
It has two 30 row oil coolers with ducting. Oil temps depend on ambient temperature. In extreme heat it can still run hot. Pictures of my set up: www.the370z.com/members-370z-gallery/137052-2017-nissan-370z-nismo-trackday-clubsport-gt.html
@@nismo_zeta how did you tune the larger throttle bodies, i had 74mm throttle body and it had rev hang, sold it then switched to daytona throttle bodies with 68mm and it still rev hang, thanks in advance.

6 cylinder love sounds.... C8, kind of typical, likely too new to the arena, his lines and braking points were not the best. C8s are no joke, and this is not representative
The Z does amazingly well in the right hands with the right mods!!! Nice work!!!

Lol! That nc mx5 came in so hot at the start of video
Amazing driving, the Z looks so well set up. Time for that Coolerworx shifter to go though!
Thanks. It's all good with the shifter, it's the synchros that are failing
surprised C8 didnt get away on straight.....that thing (C8) corners awesome!
Yeah. Also C8 isn't the lightest car in the world.

Great driving man!
Great driving, highly enjoyed this video. Do you have a list of every mod done to this Nismo?
I dont know what you powerband looks like but typically the Z would top off between 6900 - 7100 RPM for peak power before it starts to drop.
C8 needs a drivers mod

Do it!!!
No bruh it’s not even the car, this dude can drive so freaking well he is keeping up with a car that should be much faster🤯
I guess I missed the "Track Battle" part :O
That 155 limiter was definitely off on the Z. It was hitting 200+. The 350 bhp rating has got to be way lower than reality!?
We use metric system in Europe :P

Thanks. Engine is stock, only the tune and bolt ons like cold air intake, exhaust, portered intake manifold and larger throttle bodies

Very bad driving , missing shifts, cutting corners late , hesitant on braking , slow reaction, braking late .
You could’ve easily gotten that vette
Not easy shifting with basically no synchros left. I had gearbox rebuild after this one

I still have no idea whether this is real or a video game
