Tighnari pure f2p build (C1 )

This is Tighnari f2p build with the ''Gilded Dreams'' artifact set and the 3* Slingshot . Accidentally got c1 but that doesn't make a big difference... hope you like it:)

@@nothappylai9931 I use the wandere's troupe, my tighnari has 220 em and 1,780 attack, 60/180 crit stats, but he deals less damage than this tighnari...
