I can only confirm that from my own experience, so I am very happy to see your video here. I'm doing that exact protocol with a long term fast (40 days of enzyme fasting) and I have access 2 times a week to a hard shell hbot chamber and my results with it are amazing! HBOT helps me remove plaque and waste from my intestines (even after several weeks of fasting). Also it reduces fasting symptomes (like dizziness, lack of concentration etc.) and increases energy. I can only recommend it to anyone to add it to your fasting routine! I think we need far more studies on the synergy of these two! (e.g. autophagy and telomere growth) Ideal biohack protocol in my opinion (in addition to the enzymes and cryotherapy (-110 Degrees) that I'm also using in my protocol). Thanks for the informative video!

Have you seen anyone get improvements with sleep apnea after using HBOT?

We have seen it help with some of the consequences of sleep Anna to help reduce those side effects.

Is there a chamber quiet enough that you can sleep in it?
