You'll have to find someone and ask him/her to take your documents to Pakistan Embassy in Rome to legalize and translate. Once done, he will further take those documents to Perfutura for further legalization, and then they will be posted to dsu office. That's how it is done!

Scholarship starts from October. Anything onwards, you're eligible for reimbursement.

You have to post everything by 3rd September till 1 PM European time. Not to CAF office, to DSU office in your respective city.

For scholarship, you need to send the original documents to the person who can expedite your process here via embassy. They never accept copies.

You can visit the FBR office in your city and ask them to issue you a document in which it is mentioned that you’re exempted to pay any taxes.

You can but i can guarantee they'll not make any exceptions based on their past records. You'll loose the scholarship whatsoever.
