Hi, Statement Of Comparability is required only if specificially asked for, for Non Regulated profession. In most cases like IT ENgineering professions, IT Consultants etc, only Two certificates from Anabin are required.

Hi. If BOTH certificates are there and are acceptable, then you DONT need anything more to do. However, in case you are in REGULATED Profoessions, then additional rules/steps may apply. Lastly, in case if VISA Officer wants more docs, he/she will give you adequate time to obtain then.

hi, In principal if you are able to download TWO certificates for every education level ( as described in video ), you are good to go. however in case if there is any deviation or difference in university/ education program, then visa officer may instruct to go for manual statement of Comparability. also, it may be needed if you are 1. having Vocational education program ( and not degree ) 2. If there is any related / nearby degree mentioned, then you may try luck. bedingt vergleichbar means its conditional comparable If you are applying JSV on basis of this degree, then It depends on JSV Officer, he may or may not accept it. He may advice you to obtain paid Certificate of Equivalence. However, as you mentioned your PG is recognised / entspricht, then you may propose your intent for job search and JSV application on the basis of PG. In that case, VISA officer will (most likely) not bother your graduation Anabin certificate In principle, Anabin certificate of only highest education level needs to be submitted. Hi, If MBA 3 years is not found, then you should better get it from ZAB before hand. It is because, in absence of it, VISA officer may put your application on hold till you get it. Hi, It largely depends upon wether you are going for Regulated or Unregulated profession. However, in any case both A4 and H+ certificates are Mandatory for you to get Work Visa. I suggest, you may consider connecting with ZAB Germany. Hi, actuallay ,,Entspricht" means it is at paar with German standards. I am not sure what VISA you are applying for, i.e. JSV or blue card, student visa et etc If JSV, then it should work. However, final decision depends on Visa Granting Officer So be mentally prepared, in case he/she demands more clear details, you may be required to approach ZAB to obtain their "comparability certificate" with is paid service. Else, You must justify to Auslanderbehored / Visa officer that you got job contract on basis of our Masters. He/she may also demand you a letter from your company HR / Hiring Manager for this. 2. That should be ok, as this means you studied One year more/extra In all cases, if Visa Officer is not convinced, he/she will instruct you to get paid Certificate of Equivalence from ZAB. They will give you extra time for this. Also in such cases, ZAB will reply within 2-4 weeks (i.e. fast track processing)

Hi Its hard to comment with accuracy, as there are numerous possibilities in Anabin outcome. However, I belive, if you are able to download the two certificates, that should suffice. Hi 1. For receiving JSV, both certificates as mentioned in video are required. 2. yes 3. THere is no minimum requirement. Only, it should ,,entspricht" or should correspond to some German level. Does ZAB count the latest degree that you have? For example I have a master degree which was accredited at the time of my graduation while my bachelor was not because in my country applies other rules and from COVID-19 it was a delay in the new program I followed which is IT. In my country they issue diploma after the accreditation has finished.

If there is any deviation / mismatch etc, then you need to go for Paid services of ZAB that may also include certificate of comparability Ideally they need ANabin proof for highest education. However I suggest take for both degree

My bachelor falls under A3 and my master's falls under A5. So i hope this would be enough and i don not need to do anything else apart from this for my education purpose.

Student may be anywhere in world but where the University exist that states Government should have recognized bothe the University / Institution and also the Degree.. Hi, Here in Germany, age is just a number. No one cares for it, and it never matters anywhere. Infact when I reached Germany on JSV, I was also 40 As Mech Engineers are high in demand throughout Germany, I think there is no particalur city to recommend. However, I feel that there is more New construction/repair maintainence work in big cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne etc. So probably every big city should offer you career opportunities. I recommend, please check all my other videos. You will understand German Job market better.

Hi, If you are able to download the two certificates, that should be enough. However, I see another posiible hurdle. You mentioned, you are writing Master Thesis, I assume you are presently doing some Masters Course. You should be able to convince Visa Officer that you got job on the basis of your Bachelor Degree. Else you may be required to submit TWO anabin certificates for Masters Course also. Lastly, in any case if Visa Officer is not fully convinvced, He or she will advise you to produce Paid ZAB certificate of Equivalence, for which they will also give you enough time.

Hi I cannot reply with accuracy, whats best for you, but can tell you my experience. Similar thing happened with me also. I also did MBA from Pune university, however 4 years back any MBA was Not recognised by Anabin. I hence projected my profile on the basis of graduation only (B.Tech) which was fully recognised by Anabin. Also, all job applications I did to German employers were based on my engineering only and not on MBA. Finally, on date of interview, I was able to convince the Visa officer that although I have done MBA, but I am going to search job based on my engineeirng only. I have a quick question please My university is on Anabin, but my university has different campus in all my country and the one which is on Anabin is from the city where I didn’t study. For example I studied in UPN university(Lima) but on Anabin is UPN university(Trujillo), it is just another city from Peru. Do you think the embassy is going to accept it? Hi, I suppose you are applying for JSV or some work related VISA. I believe, tour case should be acceptable to Embassy Officials. However, in case they are not convinced, you may be required to get Paid services of ZAB. In such scenario, you will be given enough time to respond.

Yes, you are right. However, as I mentioned in Video, TWO certificates are required for every degree. So for you, it will be total 4 certificates. Meanwhile, remember, If you apply for a job or get a job in REGULATED PROFESSION, then you will need to obtain PAID "Certification of Equivalence"

Final decision depends on Visa grantig Officer. In case he is not fuly convinced, He may advise you to obtain ,,Certificate of Equivalence" from ZAB. So you must be mentally prepared for the same. He will also give you enough time to get it. Also, If your Blue card is pending owing to this cettificate, You can also request ZAB for their express/fast service, in which case they may complete the process in less than 1 month

Hello, Thank you very much for your video. Recently I applied for Statement of Comparability in ZAB for reason that when I have been graduated the program was not accrediated. The fact is that in my home country there are some laws that the new programs because at that time my program was new in 2018 and I graduated in 2021. Due to Covid19 the process of accreditation finished in 2022. Of course regarding the laws of higher education in my country my university issued my diploma after the accreditation was finished but they only see to one website the year when the decision has been approved and the date that will finish the accreditain and they not even asked me for any proof in case the doubt for authenticy. What do you suggest me to do or anybody in my case. I have one Master Degree also which I have recently finished. That one fulfill their accreditation requirements. Do you think Master Degree will override my bachelor degree accreditaion?

It depends on multiple factors including project. If you engaged in backend projects like telecommunication, industrial engineering etc, you probably will be in Non Regulated profession. However if you are designing, for example, Electrical system in a public transport system, there are chamces that you may be counted in Regulated Profession. However most likely, Electric engineering is Non Regulated.

Just in case you are unable to find the certificate, then you may consider going for Paid services from ZAB. Lastly, I suggest, please Google nearest IGCC. The question is İf your University is H+ and your degree exist but under the last page VERLEİHENDE İNSTİTUTİONEN your University doesnt appear there what should u do do u have to do ZAP or is not requirement for visa process ? their not much clarification about that subject. i dont why the German government website dont say anything maybe is not a requirement i hope is not .

Hi, Statement Of Comparability is required only if specificially asked for, for Non Regulated profession.
In most cases like IT ENgineering professions, IT Consultants etc, only Two certificates from Anabin are required.

however in case if there is any deviation or difference in university/ education program, then visa officer may instruct to go for manual statement of Comparability.

In my 3 year bachelor's degree , there are bedingt vergleichbar and entspricht, both are written. while in my master's degree has only entspricht.

If you are applying JSV on basis of this degree, then It depends on JSV Officer, he may or may not accept it. He may advice you to obtain paid Certificate of Equivalence.
However, as you mentioned your PG is recognised / entspricht, then you may propose your intent for job search and JSV application on the basis of PG.
In that case, VISA officer will (most likely) not bother your graduation Anabin certificate
In principle, Anabin certificate of only highest education level needs to be submitted.

Hi, If MBA 3 years is not found, then you should better get it from ZAB before hand.
It is because, in absence of it, VISA officer may put your application on hold till you get it.

Hi, It largely depends upon wether you are going for Regulated or Unregulated profession.
However, in any case both A4 and H+ certificates are Mandatory for you to get Work Visa.
I suggest, you may consider connecting with ZAB Germany.
Else you can also connect with " Pro Recognition " office near your city and get free advice with them Just Google "Pro Recognition" to find nearest office.

I am not sure what VISA you are applying for, i.e. JSV or blue card, student visa et etc
If JSV, then it should work.

However, final decision depends on Visa Granting Officer
So be mentally prepared, in case he/she demands more clear details, you may be required to approach ZAB to obtain their "comparability certificate" with is paid service.

1. You will most likely need to submit anabin certificates for both bachelors and masters.
Else,
You must justify to Auslanderbehored / Visa officer that you got job contract on basis of our Masters.
He/she may also demand you a letter from your company HR / Hiring Manager for this.
2. That should be ok, as this means you studied One year more/extra
In all cases, if Visa Officer is not convinced, he/she will instruct you to get paid Certificate of Equivalence from ZAB. They will give you extra time for this. Also in such cases, ZAB will reply within 2-4 weeks (i.e. fast track processing)

However, I belive, if you are able to download the two certificates, that should suffice.
In case, if VISA officer is not fully convinced, they will provide you enough time to contact ZAB and get "Certificate of Equivalence" which may be a paid service.

3. THere is no minimum requirement. Only, it should ,,entspricht" or should correspond to some German level. Even A2 is qualififed.

Does ZAB count the latest degree that you have? For example I have a master degree which was accredited at the time of my graduation while my bachelor was not because in my country applies other rules and from COVID-19 it was a delay in the new program I followed which is IT. In my country they issue diploma after the accreditation has finished.

If there is any deviation / mismatch etc, then you need to go for Paid services of ZAB that may also include certificate of comparability

Student may be anywhere in world but where the University exist that states Government should have recognized bothe the University / Institution and also the Degree.. So probably you need to produce some kind of Govt approval letter

Infact when I reached Germany on JSV, I was also 40
As Mech Engineers are high in demand throughout Germany, I think there is no particalur city to recommend.
However, I feel that there is more New construction/repair maintainence work in big cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne etc. So probably every big city should offer you career opportunities.

You mentioned, you are writing Master Thesis, I assume you are presently doing some Masters Course.
You should be able to convince Visa Officer that you got job on the basis of your Bachelor Degree. Else you may be required to submit TWO anabin certificates for Masters Course also.
Lastly, in any case if Visa Officer is not fully convinvced, He or she will advise you to produce Paid ZAB certificate of Equivalence, for which they will also give you enough time.

If you are in Care Giver, it will probably fall into Regulated Profession

I cannot reply with accuracy, whats best for you, but can tell you my experience.
Similar thing happened with me also. I also did MBA from Pune university, however 4 years back any MBA was Not recognised by Anabin.
I hence projected my profile on the basis of graduation only (B.Tech) which was fully recognised by Anabin. Also, all job applications I did to German employers were based on my engineering only and not on MBA.
Finally, on date of interview, I was able to convince the Visa officer that although I have done MBA, but I am going to search job based on my engineeirng only. She was convinced and didnt bothered for Anabin certificate for my MBA
I however, clearly mentioned in JSV cover letter also about my MBA.

For example I studied in UPN university(Lima) but on Anabin is UPN university(Trujillo), it is just another city from Peru. Do you think the embassy is going to accept it? I believe, tour case should be acceptable to Embassy Officials.
However, in case they are not convinced, you may be required to get Paid services of ZAB. In such scenario, you will be given enough time to respond.

Hi, You didnt mention wether you found your college+diploma in Anabin. If its satisfactory, then you are good to go. Else you may b required to opt for paid services from ZAB.In am´ny case, I strongly suggest, please check all my videos thoroughly, even before applying for JSV.

in institutes my uni name exists with status: H+ , degree type: bachlors 4 yrs , graduation class A4 and in degree , graduationclass: A4, equival class: corresponding german degree type , corresponds: Baccalaureus/Bachelor 3y. As per your description i donot need zab equival/comparability right? But when i click on Baccalaureus/Bachelor 3y this opens a new popup and it says graudation class A3. why is that?

However, as I mentioned in Video, TWO certificates are required for every degree.
So for you, it will be total 4 certificates.
Meanwhile, remember, If you apply for a job or get a job in REGULATED PROFESSION, then you will need to obtain PAID "Certification of Equivalence"

Hi, Indian Schooling upto 12ty standard is NOT required to be recognized/equated with German Standards.
They are concerned only with Equivalence of Education credentials after 12th standard, I.e. Degree or Diploma or Vocational training

Hi That should not be a problem as along as both PGDM and PGD are same course. However University must be recognized. Incase it's a question of Blue card, it may be a good decision to obtain Paud services of ZAB and get Certificate of Equivalence

Final decision depends on Visa grantig Officer.
In case he is not fuly convinced, He may advise you to obtain ,,Certificate of Equivalence" from ZAB. So you must be mentally prepared for the same. He will also give you enough time to get it.
Also, If your Blue card is pending owing to this cettificate, You can also request ZAB for their express/fast service, in which case they may complete the process in less than 1 month

Second, I dont understand what are you trying to get, Student VISA? JSV? Work Permit? Blue Card ? or something else. Also, I dont know if you are applying for Regulated or Non Regulated profession.

From your Second point, I understand, You need KMK or Anabin certificate. So only Two PDF files as I explained in this video should be sufficient.
However, if you are applying for Regulated Profession, then they may ask for "Certificate of Equivalence from German Authorities (Paid Service)"

Just in case, VISA official is not fully convinced, he or she will advise you to produce manual “ certificate of Equivalence “ from ZAB ( costs approximately 300€)

Thank you very much for your video. Recently I applied for Statement of Comparability in ZAB for reason that when I have been graduated the program was not accrediated. The fact is that in my home country there are some laws that the new programs because at that time my program was new in 2018 and I graduated in 2021. Due to Covid19 the process of accreditation finished in 2022. Of course regarding the laws of higher education in my country my university issued my diploma after the accreditation was finished but they only see to one website the year when the decision has been approved and the date that will finish the accreditain and they not even asked me for any proof in case the doubt for authenticy. What do you suggest me to do or anybody in my case. I have one Master Degree also which I have recently finished. That one fulfill their accreditation requirements. Do you think Master Degree will override my bachelor degree accreditaion?

Is electrical engineering a non regulated profession?
It depends on multiple factors including project. If you engaged in backend projects like telecommunication, industrial engineering etc, you probably will be in Non Regulated profession.
However if you are designing, for example, Electrical system in a public transport system, there are chamces that you may be counted in Regulated Profession.
However most likely, Electric engineering is Non Regulated.

I dont know which Embassy you applied. In Delhi, they normally respond in 3-4 weeks.
For Mumbai. it may take a bit longer.

Just in case you are unable to find the certificate, then you may consider going for Paid services from ZAB.
Lastly, I suggest, please Google nearest IGCC. They have "Pro Recognition" department who offers free counselling related to cases like yours (i.e. not finding relevant certificate in Anabin)
